Standing in the picturesque Potan Industrial Park, Xianju Guoda Plastics and Electronics Factory, Zhejiang, 13,000m2 in area and RMB30 million in fixed assets, has more than 100 staff, including 20-odd engineering and technical personnel. Founded in 1990s, the factory has a history of more than twenty years. As one of the pioneers in anti-static industry in China, it boasts sound anti-static theoretical basis and rich practical experience in product manufacturing.The factory has two production lines: anti-static table mats and anti-static floors, with yearly output of both being 1,500,000m2. There are a complete set of production management procedures and a product quality tracking and detection system from incoming raw material to production process and to product delivery. The factory now possesses 1 patent of invention and 4 patents of utility model in anti-static products and publishes 2 sci-tech papers. As the “Anti-static Materials R&D Center of Taizhou”, the factory is taking on work of the Development of Gradient Structured Recoil Anti-Static Materials under the Ministry of Science and Technology. Through several decades’ accumulation in anti-static technology, the factory has developed and launched 5 series of product:
(1) Sulphur-free antistatic table mat, floor mat series;
(2) Permanent antistatic table board, veneer series;
(3) Green antistatic flame-retardant floor sheet series;
(4) Antiseptic table mat and floor series;
(5) Complete set of design and solutions of anti-static works
For ten-odd years, the factory has provided all-round anti-static safety protection and solutions for units of military industry, electronics industry, aerospace industry, chemical industry and etc. The factory now has offered complete set of safety service for enterprises like Kohler, Samsung Siemens, FOXCONN, HUAWEI, ZTE, Lenovo and etc.
